Sony released the Vaio M netbook, featuring a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display at 1024 × 600 pixels, Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz Atom processor and a 6-cell battery.
The VAIO M M11M1E listed on the site of Sony UK, also includes the Intel GMA 3150 graphics, 1GB DDR2 memory, a 250GB hard drive with Windows 7 Pre-Starter installed, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, an embedded motion Eye camera, stereo speakers, microphone, three USB ports.
Sony netbook weighs 3 pounds and is available in black or white.
The VAIO M was officially unveiled in the United Kingdom. There is no info on the availability of the United States. It was reported previously that the netbook has a 299 pounds (about $ 453) price.
