HP has teamed up with ski equipment manufacturer Rossignol on two special edition notebooks. Based on the dv6 they sport unique designs complement the styling of the Rossignol ski equipment they are named, styled with the Attraxion VIII Echo for women and the men's S7 Freeride. It also includes exclusive content such as wallpaper and a matching envelope.
The special designs will be printed with soy-and water-based inks and made with recycled materials. The two otherwise the same technical specifications, including a 15.6-inch screen, a Core i5 processor, a 500GB 7200-rpm hard drive and Altec Lansing speakers.
Both notebooks are available starting in January, with prices starting from the equivalent of $ 924 (€ 699). There is no indication if and when the units arrive in North America.
