Patriot Memory announces the new Super Sonic USB 3.0 flash drive with a native single-chip USB 3.0 controller. The new drive "delivers lightning-fast performance with its quad-channel technology in a miniature ultra-light form factor." eliminated by integrating a native USB 3.0 flash memory controller, the Super Sonic performance problems are introduced when a separate USB 3.0 bridge chip.The supersonic single-chip USB 3.0 flash drive offers up to 100MB / s read and 70MB / s write speed. It comes in 32GB and 64GB capacity. Patriot Memory is the drive in the first Quarter 2011 release.
