Unfortunately, as is too often the case, good news often comes hand in hand with bad news, and this is the case here as the pricing of both X10 and X10 Mini Mini Pro (unlocked) is barely Does anyone want to especially call pocket friendly (although, paradoxically, the devices in terms of proportions, they are about as easy as a phone pocket can get).

So, what's the deal? Well, in terms of the Xperia X10 Mini you're looking at about € 300 (equivalent to about $ 410 at the time of writing), while the X10 Mini Pro, which differs from its stable mate thank you for packaging a slider QWERTY keyboard, comes at € 330 (about $ 450).

Apart from the X10 Pro Mini QWERTY keyboard slider, both phones are powered by 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 CPU running Android 1.6 (which will be updated after the release, but no specific timetable has been provided), come with 2.55 "The touchscreen QVGA resolution (capacitive, fortunately), HSPA, A-GPS and a camera of 5 megapixels. Furthermore, as with the whole new range of Sony Ericsson handsets (including vivaz), you will relieved to know there's a standard headphone jack 3.5 mm (and none of this nonsense that we've seen before - SE have obviously listened to their customers).

Destined to become available in a range of trendy colors, and also set to be shipped with a memory card 2GBmicroSD, on reflection, perhaps we were a little too harsh on their price levels.

What do you think? Does the retail price indicated in the X10 and X10 Mini, Mini Pro seems reasonable? Would you pay the necessary price of admission?

Of course, the pricing information provided above, it should be noted, for handset unlocked, so it remains now to be seen what has (on the basis of specific tariffs) networks will move on once they available.
