The ViewSonic Tablet-G, with a 10.1-inch display and Android OS 2.2 is now available.The G-Tablet with NVIDIA Tegra 2 platform with a dual-core Cortex A9 CPU 1Ghz, GeForce graphics and a dedicated 1080p video playback processor, 512 MB DDR2 RAM, 16 GB internal Flash-based storage, 1024 x 600 LED-backlit capacitive multi-touch screen, 802.11n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a 1.3MP webcam and the front of 3650mAh Li-ion polymer battery for "up to 8-10 hours" of battery life.
The device runs a custom user interface on top of Android, and has access to an Apps Store.
The 1.5-pound ViewSonic Tablet G-sport built-in accelerometer, a micro-SD card slot, USB slave, USB host port, stereo speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack.
