Samsung added a new option volume series M7 Spinpoint 640GB HDD, announcing the release. The new 2.5-inch hard drive offers speed job 5400rpm, 3.0Gbps SATA interface, 8MB of cache memory, two 320GB platters and uses its own Samsung SilentSeek and NoiseGuard technology to minimize noise while working hard. Samsung 640GB Spinpoint M7 will begin shipping in Europe and the U.S. since mid-September to 150 dollars.
