The Samsung AMOLED 12M is now official and coming in (at least) Korea in October. The specs closely aligned to info yesterday, with a 3x optical zoom, 720p video recording, dedicated camera controls, and an 800 x 480 3.3-inch AMOLED screen seizing the headlines. AF Touch makes use of the touch screen to select focus areas, while the Image Stabilization and Smart modes Auto complete software side of the camera.
