Hannspree announced a new range of 1080p displays support, ST series, offering entry level budget price tags. The ST251 and ST281 are 25-inch and 28-inch HDTV respectively dynamic contrast of 10,000:1 and two HDMI ports of art.The ST251 has a 16:9 aspect ratio, 300cd/m2 brightness and 2ms gray-to gray response time. As to the ST281 that it has a 16:10 aspect ratio, 400cd/m2 brightness and 5ms response time. Each also has composite, component, VGA and two Scart input, together with the dual 10W speakers.
Both sets are available in the UK now, priced at £ 269 ($ 449) for 25-inch ST251 and £ 329 ($ 549) for 28-inch ST281. Hannspree promise larger models in the series ST-late in the year.
